MOAA Testifies on "Chapter 61" Inequity

The Veterans' Disability Benefits Commission (VDBC) held two days of hearings in mid-January, including discussions on concurrent receipt for retirees with 10 percent to 40 percent disability ratings and medical (Chapter 61) retirees with less than 20 years of service.
